Refunds will be issued proportionally, with the value of credits already used deducted from the refund amount

Processing fees (approximately 5%) will be deducted from the refund amount, as charged by payment providers such as Stripe or Creem

- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
- Subscriptions with more than 200 credits used
- Subscription renewals where credits were used during the billing period
- Credit packages purchased more than 30 days ago
