At Nano Banana, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines our terms and conditions for subscription plan changes and refunds.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription purchases are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

Time Limit

Request must be made within 7 days of purchase

Usage Limit

Usage must not exceed 10% of the total subscription credits

Refund Calculation

Refunds will be issued proportionally, with the value of credits already used deducted from the refund amount

Processing Fees

Processing fees (approximately 5%) will be deducted from the refund amount, as charged by payment providers such as Stripe or Creem

2. Subscription Renewal Refunds

We understand that users may sometimes forget to cancel their subscription before automatic renewal. For such cases, we offer full refunds under the following conditions:

The subscription was automatically renewed
No credits were used during the renewed billing period
Refund request must be made within 7 days of the automatic renewal
Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount
The subscription will be immediately cancelled upon refund processing

3. Credit Package

We offer partial refunds for credit packages under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction:

Usage Requirement

Partial refunds are available if you have used less than 50% of your purchased credits

Refund Calculation

Refund amount will be calculated based on unused credits minus processing fees

Time Limit

Request must be made within 30 days of purchase

Unused Credits Only

Only the value of unused credits will be refunded

Credits that have been used are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your credit needs before making a purchase.

4. Subscription Plan Changes

If you have accidentally purchased an annual subscription plan instead of a monthly plan, we offer the following accommodation:

We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan
One month of subscription fee plus processing fees will be deducted
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Processing fees
  • Credit package where more than 50% of credits have been used
  • Subscription time that has already passed
  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day window
  • Subscriptions with more than 200 credits used
  • Subscription renewals where credits were used during the billing period
  • Credit packages purchased more than 30 days ago
